I have earned advanced trainings in EMDR, IFS, Play Therapy, Sandtray, EFCT, and Ex/RP. I have extensive experience providing parent support and education. I am proficient with helping those who have been affected by attachment  wounds,  trauma,  anxiety,  depression,  and adverse childhood experiences. My approach to counseling is warmhearted, culturally-sensitive, interactive, collaborative, and strength-based. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming. I integrate trauma-informed, humanistic, and creative approaches to treatment which impacts your personal success.
